Why we stock this? I (Ben) tested the men's version of this jacket last winter from December 2022-March 2023 and love it as my every day UL cold weather jacket. Soft, fluffy, with plenty of room to move around, not bulky, and kept me warm down into the low 40s with just a T shirt underneath. It has a bunch of pockets and it stashes into it's own pocket to make for easy packing.

• Regular fit with body mapped vertical and horizontal quilting, ensures down stays close to the body allowing for excellent thermal efficiency, while preventing down from shifting. 
• Ample pockets. Chest pocket doubles as a stuff sack. 
• Covert adjustable draw-cords found on the hood and hem keeps the elements out while sealing in body heat.
• Hood visor adds weather proofing and increased visibility. 
• YKK Vislon® zippers with textured zipper pulls for ease of use. 
• Stealth, no-draft thumb holes insulate hands while eliminating the gap between sleeve and glove.

Shell: bluesign® approved, GRS certified 20D 100% post-industrial recycled nylon ripstop with a PFAS-free water-repellent finish

Lining: GRS certified 20D 100% post-consumer recycled polyester taffeta with a PFAS-free water-repellent finish

Insulation: 700 FP DownTek™ repels water while maintaining insulating value - RDS certified, bluesign® approved, PFAS-free water-repellent chemistry

Down Apparel Cleaning and Care Instructions:

Cleaning:

Machine wash in a washing machine WITHOUT AN AGITATOR, agitators are likely to cause damage to your gear
Wash on a warm, gentle cycle
Use gear specific soap, we recommend Nikwax Down Wash Direct
Rinse twice
Tumble dry low heat withclean tennis balls

Do not use fabric softeners
Do not bleach
Do not iron
Do not dry clean

All Big Agnes gear is guaranteed against manufacturing or material defect. Big Agnes does not warranty products damaged from normal wear and tear, alteration made by owner, misuse, accidents, or damages caused by uses other than intended. Damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper care may be repaired, at the discretion of Big Agnes, at a reasonable charge. Gear returned for repair must be clean and free of debris.
