Benjamin Sell is a native Oregonian and lifelong outdoors enthusiast who somehow failed to discover the joys of exploring the wilderness on a motorcycle until his late 30's. He shares his off-road riding and motorcycle camping adventures, as well as tips, tricks, and advice for new dual sport and adventure motorcycle riders on his YouTube channel Dork in the Road.
As someone who came to motorcycling late in life, Ben firmly believes that adventure is for everyone and has made it his mission to show others just how easy it can be to get out there and make it happen. He is by no means an "expert." Instead, he tries to inspire by showing new riders that if an overweight, middle-aged, bearded dude can get out there and have fun adventures, then anyone can.
He's currently exploring the backroads and forests of Oregon on his 2016 Honda Africa Twin, 2020 Suzuki DRZ400S, and his heavily-modified 2014 Honda "Adventure Grom." He also very much enjoys spending time and sharing his riding adventures with his 14 year old daughter "Lil' Dork" on her 2019 Suzuki DRZ125L.
