It was designed to hold two Epinephrine pens and attach to a backpack harness with the use of the elastic loop and toggled bungee. When on a side or day hike, it can be worn on your belt with the use of the webbing loop on the back of the carrier. When seconds matter, low light conditions are not an issue due to the light-reflective graphic and logos printed on the carrier.
