Ingredients: (notice how many you can pronounce!)
Hemp Seed Hearts, Dried Carrots, Dried Cabbage, Carrot Powder (Carrot), Onion, Grapeseed Oil, Coconut Sugar, distilled White Vinegar Powder (Maltodextrin, White Distilled Vinegar). Ginger, Wakame (Seaweed), Organic Wheat-Free Soy Sauce Powder (Soy Sauce (Soybeans, salt), Maltodextrin, Salt)

Directions - NO STOVE NEEDED!
- Tear open pouch and remove oxy absorber.
- Add a little more than 1/2 a cup (125ML) of Cool (Yup, not boiling) water to pouch
- Mix well then remove excess air from pouch. Reseal tightly.
- Lay pouch flat on one side for 5 minutes. Contemplate... If stardust made us, are we cosmic glitter?
- Open, Stir again. Eat. Smile
Rehydration time may vary depending on water temp. It should have a slight crunch!
